Membership agreements
Annual memberships carry a 12-month commitment and a $49 initiation fee. Monthly annual payments use electronic funds transfer (EFT). Shorter-term memberships are paid in full.
Members under 18
Parent waivers and age-specific access restrictions apply. Please review the age rules and parent waiver before arranging access for a minor.
Complete your membership waiver
Adults can sign online and send a PDF to the club membership team. A separate parent / guardian consent is available for ages 14-17.
